Various terms, content types and filters can be entered into the INTERGATOR Patent Search field, allowing the search to reach different levels of complexity depending on its scope. Each element can be edited and the user can determine how the element affects the search syntax, thus directing the search hits in a specific direction. Search terms can act either by their exact occurrence or by a broader similarity. This efficiency can be adjusted at any time, making the search very flexible.
For better support, the artificial intelligence of the INTERGATOR Patent Search evaluates additional alternative terms from the active search elements, which can be used to strengthen and specify the query. These alternatives are automatically calculated from the hit documents of similar patents and do not have to be maintained in synonym lists first.
